At Raydiance, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll assist you with returns or exchanges in accordance with our policy.

2. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us within this time frame. Any requests made after the 7-day window may not be eligible for a return or refund.
Once your return request is confirmed, our team will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Eligible Returns
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
- The product should not have been used or altered in any way that could affect its resale value.
- Items that were damaged during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include photos of the damage when you contact us.
4. Non-returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products, as they are made specifically for you.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer after receiving the product.
- Items that are non-returnable for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, personal care products, etc.).
- Gift cards and downloadable content (e.g., software, digital media).
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and details before placing your order to avoid any inconvenience.
5. Return Process
- Email us at support@raydiance.ae with your order details, including the reason for the return, product condition, and any relevant photos.
- Our customer support team will respond promptly with instructions for returning the item and may schedule a pickup from your location, depending on the product and location.
- Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. Please note that the item must meet the conditions mentioned above in order for the return to be approved.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and you will receive an email confirmation once it’s complete.
6. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date the returned item is received.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow additional time for processing by your bank or payment provider.
- If a refund is issued to a payment method that is no longer valid or active, we will reach out to you to provide alternative options.
7. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products upon delivery. If your product arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer a replacement with a similar product or a full refund.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part. If a return is approved due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you are returning an item due to personal preference or change of mind, the return shipping cost is borne by you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to avoid any issues with lost packages.
9. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the product. We will initiate the return and refund process, or provide a replacement if preferred.
To expedite the process, please include photos of the damaged item, packaging, and any other relevant details in your email. We will review the issue and provide a solution within 1–2 business days.
10. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you will need to follow the return process after receiving the item.
If an order is canceled successfully within 24 hours, we will process a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
